We are looking for a talented DevOps to join our dynamic team at our Barcelona office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and evolve our AWS infrastructure: ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of our cloud environment while continuously improving architecture and best practices.
• Own deployment processes : manage and optimize the deployment of our projects, ensuring smooth, reliable, and automated releases.
• Strengthen security across projects and infrastructure: implement and monitor security best practices, manage access controls, and proactively address vulnerabilities.
• Be the go-to person for infrastructure and security topics: act as the main point of contact for tech teams regarding deployment, infrastructure, and broader security matters.
• Drive continuous improvement: identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve infrastructure and DevOps processes.

 
KEY INFORMATION

• Starting date: as soon as possible 
• Permanent contract (Indefinite Spanish contract)
• Full-time position: 40-hours / week
• Hybrid position: we have a flexible home office policy: with us, you'll work at the office two days per week - the rest of the time, it's up to you

ABOUT YOU
The must-haves:

• AWS (infrastructure design, operation, and optimization)
• Linux server / VPS administration
• Database administration, including MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Global security management (infrastructure, application, and access security)
• Containerization with Docker
• Strong command of the Node.js ecosystem and runtime environments
• You have impeccable speaking and writing skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with vector databases
• Experience managing device fleets using MDM solutions
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD tooling
• Experience in fast-growing or scale-up environments
